Accurate information: You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and matches your identity document. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to the cancellation of your registration.

Personal registration: Your registration and badge are personal and may not be transferred or shared. Your badge must be worn and visible at all times within the Forum venue.

Participant category and fee waiver: The registration fee waiver applies to the Participant Category you selected. The Secretariat may verify your category and request supporting information, and may change or cancel a registration that does not match the selected category.

Access to sessions: Registration gives access to the Forum venue. Some sessions, segments or areas may be limited by capacity, invitation or security requirements.

Travel and entry: Registration does not guarantee entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and entry arrangements and their costs.

Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff and speakers, to follow venue and security instructions, and to comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Photography and recording: The Forum will be photographed, filmed and recorded. By attending, you accept that your image may appear in the Forum’s official communications and records.

Program changes: The organizers may change the program, speakers, schedule or venue, or cancel the Forum due to circumstances beyond their control, and are not responsible for related costs incurred by participants.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Who we are: Your personal data is collected by the National Secretariat of the 11th World Water Forum, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect: The information entered in this form, including your name, contact details, nationality, date of birth, photograph, identity document type, number and expiry date, participant category, organization and position.

Why we collect it: To process your registration, issue your badge and QR code, manage access and security at the venue, send you your confirmation and practical Forum information, and produce anonymous statistics on participation.

Optional communications: News and updates, and information from Forum partners, sponsors or exhibitors, are sent only if you tick the related boxes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: Only with the Forum’s co-organizer (the World Water Council), authorized service providers acting on our behalf, and competent authorities where required by law. Your data is never sold.

Your photograph: Used for your badge and registration record, and for your personal social media card only if you choose to share it.

Storage and security: Your data is stored securely with access limited to authorized staff, and is kept only as long as needed for the Forum and its follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights: You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to optional communications, by writing to secretariat@worldwaterforum.org.
