Process Leadership & Governance

Each process is steered by a dedicated commission jointly led by the Host Country and the World Water Council. The Thematic Commission (WWC Co-Chairs; KSA Co-Chairs) curates Themes and Topics; the Regional Commission (KSA chair; WWC vice‑chair) coordinates five Forum regions; and the Political Process Commission (co‑chaired) convenes ministerial, parliamentary, local authority and river‑basin tracks.
