The Americas faces deeply unequal distribution, with urban infrastructure strain, rural service gaps, and governance challenges across its three sub-regions requiring stronger transboundary cooperation and increased financing.

Asia & the Pacific
addresses fragile and uneven water security from climate-resilient basin management in Northeast Asia to existential threats facing Pacific Island nations from sea-level rise and saltwater intrusion.

Arab Region
