Terms and Conditions:
- Registration time zone is subject to the Jakarta time (UTC+7).
- WWC members will receive a discount in forum registration fees / WWC BOG members will be given registration code separately.
- Data Validation:
- Student:
Valid Student ID card or Accreditation Letter from your University or College (mentioning that you are a valid student from the said University or College).
- Youth/Retired:
Valid ID Card or Passport (Youth < 30 years old; retired > 56 years old).
- Benefit for participants 6 days pass: lunch, coffee break & material soft copy
- Benefit for 1 Day & 3 Days Pass include: lunch, coffee break & soft copy material on the selected days.
- The Registration is noncancelable and nonrefundable.

We accept Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Invoice Issuance: For international payment, the official electronic receipt service is provided, users can choose to download it on the website after completing the payment.
